Based in London, I am a personal trainer who believes training should not be because you hate your body but instead because you love it!

Exercise should be a celebration about the incredible things your body is able to achieve (I also aim to make it something you enjoy!)

 I have always been fascinated by the complexity of the human body, how it works in harmony to achieve and overcome daily tasks. After qualifying and working in my first personal training role, I sparked a real passion and interest in using exercise to assist rehabilitation from injuries and certain pathologies. I decided to study Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage at Cardiff Metropolitan University.

I think it is pretty incredible the fact we are able to adapt out lifestyle to make our bodies stronger, healthier and more robust through exercise which in turn can help make completing every day tasks a bit easier.

Exercise has also been shown to decrease all cause mortality- this includes decreasing the risk of cancers, heart diseases,
type 2 diabetes, stroke and many other diseases. It can decrease levels of anxiety and help reduce depression, improve
cognitive function and reduce risk of memory loss and can even boost your sex life!
