I am a personal trainer who believes training should not be because you hate your body but instead because you love it!

Exercise should be a celebration about the incredible things your body is able to achieve rather than just a punishment or a way of 'repenting your weekend sins'. I also aim to make it something you enjoy!

Exercise has also been shown to decrease all cause mortality- this includes decreasing the risk of cancers, heart diseases,
type 2 diabetes, stroke and many other diseases. It can decrease levels of anxiety and help reduce depression, improve
cognitive function and reduce risk of memory loss and can even boost your sex life!
